- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the clinical research programs at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support the research programs.
- Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of research projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for conducting clinical research.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate the smooth operation of research programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and sponsors.
- Provide guidance and support to research staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pediatric healthcare research and incorporate them into program development.
- Participate in the development and implementation of protocols and procedures for conducting research studies.
- Manage and maintain program data, including patient records, research data, and regulatory documents.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources to maximize the impact of research programs.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of research programs.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the research programs.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Business Administration. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Fda Regulations, Hipaa, And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Research Coordinators, Data Managers, And Other Research Staff.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Research Projects Simultaneously And Meeting Project Timelines And Budgets.
