Job Description

As a CRC, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing clinical research studies, working closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.   1. Coordinate and manage clinical research studies related to pediatric rheumatology, ensuring all protocols and regulations are followed.
  2. Work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of research projects.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with study participants and their families to ensure compliance and retention in the study.
  4. Act as a liaison between the study team and external research partners, including pharmaceutical companies and regulatory agencies.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study data, including enrollment, adverse events, and protocol deviations.
  6. Ensure study compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including HIPAA and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of study protocols, including participant recruitment and informed consent.
  8. Conduct study visits and procedures according to protocol and document results accurately.
  9. Collaborate with the study team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the course of the research.
  10. Continuously monitor the progress of the study and provide regular updates to the study team and principal investigator.
  11. Participate in study team meetings and contribute to the development of research strategies.
  12. Maintain an understanding of current research trends and developments in pediatric rheumatology to contribute to the advancement of the field.
  13. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards study participants and their families, ensuring their needs are met throughout the research process.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of study participants and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Life Sciences, Or Nursing.

  • Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Rheumatology.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Research Studies And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Interact With Patients And Their Families.
