  1. Plan and coordinate clinical research studies and trials related to pediatric endocrinology and diabetes.
  2. Recruit and screen potential participants for research studies according to established protocols.
  3. Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  4. Collect and record data accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor and track participant progress and report any adverse events to the principal investigator.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and researchers to develop and implement research protocols.
  7. Maintain and organize study documents, including regulatory documents, participant files, and study logs.
  8. Prepare and submit regulatory documents for institutional review board (IRB) approval.
  9. Assist with the development and maintenance of research budgets and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  10. Communicate regularly with study sponsors and provide updates on study progress.
  11. Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis and interpretation.
  12. Coordinate study-related meetings and trainings for research staff.
  13. Stay up-to-date on current developments and advancements in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes research.
  14. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the principal investigator or research manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Endocrinology And Diabetes.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Families.
