
Clinical Research Coordinator - Adolescent Medicine

- Develop and implement clinical research studies focused on adolescent health in collaboration with the research team.
- Review and interpret study protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants for research studies.
- Coordinate and conduct study visits and procedures in accordance with study protocols.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate and complete data for research studies.
- Assist in the preparation of research grants and protocols for submission to regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of research studies.
- Monitor and report on study progress, including adverse events and protocol deviations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant research regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate with study participants and their families in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Provide support and guidance to study participants throughout the research process.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of study data.
- Prepare and present research findings at conferences and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including informed consent forms and regulatory documents.
- Train and mentor new research staff and volunteers.
- Contribute to the development of new research initiatives and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement activities related to research processes.

Strong Organizational And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Nursing, Biology, Psychology)
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In Adolescent Medicine
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Ethical Considerations In Clinical Research
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Data Management Systems.
