Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.   1. Develop and implement clinical research studies focused on adolescent health in collaboration with the research team.
  2. Review and interpret study protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants for research studies.
  4. Coordinate and conduct study visits and procedures in accordance with study protocols.
  5. Collect, record, and maintain accurate and complete data for research studies.
  6. Assist in the preparation of research grants and protocols for submission to regulatory bodies.
  7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of research studies.
  8. Monitor and report on study progress, including adverse events and protocol deviations.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant research regulations and guidelines.
  10. Communicate with study participants and their families in a compassionate and professional manner.
  11. Provide support and guidance to study participants throughout the research process.
  12. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of study data.
  13. Prepare and present research findings at conferences and meetings.
  14. Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) and other regulatory requirements.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including informed consent forms and regulatory documents.
  16. Train and mentor new research staff and volunteers.
  17. Contribute to the development of new research initiatives and protocols.
  18. Participate in quality improvement activities related to research processes.
  19. Uphold the mission and values of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in all aspects of the job.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Nursing, Biology, Psychology)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In Adolescent Medicine

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Ethical Considerations In Clinical Research
