Responsibilities:
- Provide research assistance to research team to ensure successful implementation of research protocol and adherence to applicable regulations.
- Serve as primary contact for the study team to ensure research data is collected, managed, and analyzed to the highest standard.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with study teams and other personnel in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of research tasks.
- Support the development of research protocols and study documents.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from research studies.
- Prepare and maintain records of research activities.
- Identify and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with training and mentoring of research staff.
- Participate in relevant research meetings and conferences.
