The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of children and their families.The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for providing research assistance to our research team, to ensure the successful implementation of research protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. This individual will be the primary contact for the study team, ensuring that research data is collected, managed and analyzed to the highest standard.Qualifications include:• Bachelor's degree in a related field• At least two years of clinical research experience• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independentlyIf you have the qualifications and a passion for helping children, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide research assistance to research team to ensure successful implementation of research protocol and adherence to applicable regulations.
  2. Serve as primary contact for the study team to ensure research data is collected, managed, and analyzed to the highest standard.
  3. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with study teams and other personnel in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of research tasks.
  5. Support the development of research protocols and study documents.
  6. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from research studies.
  7. Prepare and maintain records of research activities.
  8. Identify and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  9. Assist with training and mentoring of research staff.
  10. Participate in relevant research meetings and conferences.
