  1. Conducting literature reviews and staying up-to-date on current research in pediatric medicine.
  2. Assisting in the development and implementation of clinical trials and studies.
  3. Collecting and analyzing data from research studies.
  4. Collaborating with physicians and researchers to ensure proper study protocol and procedures are followed.
  5. Maintaining accurate and organized records of research data.
  6. Participating in team meetings to discuss research progress and findings.
  7. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications.
  8. Recruiting and enrolling participants for clinical trials and studies.
  9. Adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines for human subject research.
  10. Managing and organizing study materials and supplies.
  11. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  12. Communicating with study participants and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
  13. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of research data.
  14. Assisting in the training and supervision of other research staff.
  15. Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and education in the field of pediatric research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Prior Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Familiarity With Research Methodologies, Data Collection, And Analysis.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Physicians, And Patients.
