Job Description

We are looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity to help advance medical research and treatments that will potentially improve the health and quality of life of children around the world. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and experience in clinical research. They will have a passion for helping others and be dedicated to helping the hospital achieve its mission. In addition, the candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the design and implementation of clinical research projects.
  2. Collect and analyze data from clinical trials and research studies.
  3. Prepare and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
  5. Manage patient data using computer software and other electronic devices.
  6. Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  7. Develop and maintain research protocols and processes.
  8. Assist with grant applications and research funding.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
