- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical research studies and trials.
- Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research data.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines during the research process.
- Coordinate and schedule study participant appointments and procedures.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and detailed research data.
- Collaborate with other research team members to analyze and interpret data.
- Assist with writing and editing research reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
- Ensure all study protocols and procedures are followed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with study participants, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report any adverse events or unexpected outcomes during the research process.
- Maintain and update research databases and records.
- Keep up-to-date with current research practices and attend relevant training and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation of research grant proposals.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on study progress and potential improvements.
- Contribute to the overall success of the research team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Public Health.
Familiarity With Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap Or Spss.
Prior Experience Conducting Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Ethical Principles Related To Research Involving Children.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
