Job Description

  1. Conduct and coordinate research studies related to pediatric healthcare at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Assist in the design and implementation of research protocols, including data collection and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to ensure accurate and timely completion of research projects.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of research data and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate effectively with study participants and their families, providing support and answering any questions related to the research.

  7. Assist with the recruitment and screening of potential study participants.

  9. Stay updated on current developments and advancements in pediatric healthcare research.
  10. Adhere to ethical principles and maintain confidentiality of all research data.
  11. Act as a liaison between the research team and other departments or organizations involved in the study.
  12. Assist with the preparation of research reports and presentations.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper maintenance of research equipment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Public Health.

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In Pediatrics.
