  1. Oversee and coordinate multiple clinical research projects to ensure their successful completion within specified timelines and budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including physicians, researchers, and external partners to develop and implement project plans.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively addressing them to ensure project goals are met.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including ethical guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project success and promote collaboration.
  8. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project activities and milestones.
  9. Collaborate with the data management team to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  10. Monitor and report on project metrics and performance indicators to track project success and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of new research initiatives and protocols.
  12. Assist with the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical project management.
  14. Mentor and train junior staff members on project management processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and contribute to the organization's overall goals of providing exceptional pediatric care and advancing medical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Processes And Regulations, Including Fda Guidelines And Irb Requirements.

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Smartsheet, And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
