
Clinical Nurse Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a diverse population of pediatric patients and their families while leading a team of dedicated nurses. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative approaches to patient care, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for all patients.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a clinical leadership role. You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania, hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and customer service. You must be an energetic and creative individual who is able to inspire and motivate the nursing staff to deliver the highest quality of patient care and safety. Most importantly, you must be passionate about helping children and their families. - Participate in staff and patient education initiatives.
