Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Certification In Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) And Basic Life Support (Bls).
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams And Effectively Communicate With Patients And Their Families.
