Responsibilities:

  11. Stay up-to-date on current research and evidence-based practices in pediatric nursing.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  13. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  15. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

  18. Act as a resource and mentor for new nurses and students.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Certification In Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) And Basic Life Support (Bls).

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams And Effectively Communicate With Patients And Their Families.
