
Clinical Education Nurse Specialist
The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Education Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of duties related to the delivery of evidence-based, safe, and quality care. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, and a current RN license. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based, safe, and quality care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care.
- Provide clinical education courses and trainings.
- Supervise and mentor other nurses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any potential safety issues.
- Participate in the development of hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Provide patient-centered care.
- Participate in clinical research projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
