Job Description

The Clinical Administrative Associate position at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the success of one of the nation's leading pediatric healthcare organizations. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in an administrative or medical office setting. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to creating a positive patient experience.The Clinical Administrative Associate will provide support to healthcare providers, patients, and families in CHOP's clinical environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and knowledge of medical terminology. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and families in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage medical records.
  4. Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and families.
  5. Create and maintain accurate medical records.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Assist in providing clinical support to healthcare providers and patients.
  8. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  9. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
