Job Description

The Clinical Administrative Associate at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing administrative support to various medical departments. They will be a team player that is driven to collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all administrative duties are completed timely and accurately. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years in an administrative role with healthcare experience. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a professional attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a must. Knowledge of medical terminology is also preferred. A successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to CHOP’s mission and core values.

Responsibilities:
