  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the central processing department.

  4. Train and supervise a team of central processing technicians, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.

  10. Communicate effectively with team members, hospital staff, and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
  11. Participate in performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Central Processing Or Sterile Processing In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Sterile Processing Techniques And Infection Control Standards.

  • Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team Of Central Processing Technicians.

  • Certification In Sterile Processing, Such As Certified Registered Central Service Technician (Crcst) Or Certified Sterile Processing And Distribution Technician (Cspdt).
