
Cell Therapy Research Associate
At the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, we are looking for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cell Therapy Research Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing laboratory support to the Cell Therapy Team, including cell culture and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with cell culture, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry, as well as a strong background in working with clinical specimens. If you possess the qualifications described below and have an interest in contributing to groundbreaking research, we encourage you to apply!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline• At least one year of experience with cell culture, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency in MS Office programs and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory operations related to cell culture and manufacturing processes.
- Perform cell-based assays and flow cytometry according to established protocols.
- Process and analyze clinical specimens and interpret results.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities in accordance with established quality control procedures.
- Assist with the development of new cell culture protocols and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports and present data to the Cell Therapy Team.
- Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
- Participate in research projects and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and ensure data integrity.
- Keep up to date with new developments in cell therapy and related research.

Phd. In Molecular Cell Biology Or Related Field
