  1. Conduct statistical analysis of cell therapy research data to support the development of new treatments and cures for pediatric diseases.
  2. Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to design and implement statistical plans for cell therapy studies.
  3. Develop and maintain databases to track and analyze cell therapy data.
  4. Provide statistical support for grant applications, publications, and presentations.
  5. Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and hospital leadership.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in biostatistics and cell therapy research.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of research protocols and study designs.
  8. Ensure the accuracy and quality of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  9. Collaborate with other biostatisticians and data analysts to ensure consistency and integrity of data.
  10. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for statistical analysis and data management.
  11. Train and mentor junior biostatisticians and data analysts.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines related to research and data analysis.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols and study designs.
  14. Work closely with the research team to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve statistical methods and processes to ensure the highest quality of research and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Biostatistical Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Research Setting

  • Proficiency In Statistical Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, As Well As Experience With Phase I-Iii Clinical Trials

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multidisciplinary Teams, Including Physicians, Researchers, And Clinical Staff.
