The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other team members • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities • Maintain a sense of calm and professionalism in stressful situations • Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills • Stay organized and detail-oriented • Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations • Assist in daily patient care activities as needed
