We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families by providing evidence-based behavioral interventions. We are looking for a highly qualified individual who is passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities and has a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles.   1. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities.
  2. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  4. Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills outside of the clinical setting.
  5. Utilize data collection and analysis to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current research and practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best possible care for each patient.
  9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  10. Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance skills and knowledge in the field of pediatric healthcare.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and advocacy for children with developmental disabilities.
  12. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to ensure a continuum of care for patients and families.
  13. Serve as a role model for other team members by displaying a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Uphold the mission and values of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in all interactions and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Or A Related Field, Such As Psychology Or Education.

  • Current Board Certification As A Behavior Analyst (Bcba) From The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Bacb).

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Implementing Aba Interventions For Children With Developmental Disabilities Or Behavioral Challenges.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Various Aba Techniques And Approaches, Including Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training, And Natural Environment Teaching.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Families, Caregivers, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Develop And Implement Effective Treatment Plans.
