- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based behavioral interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective behavioral interventions for each patient.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing any behavioral concerns or challenges.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to interventions.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in patient care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Interventions And Treatments For Various Behavioral Disorders.
Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Specialists.
Certification In Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Or Other Relevant Certifications Preferred.
