  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based behavioral interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective behavioral interventions for each patient.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing any behavioral concerns or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to interventions.
  • Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in patient care and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Children And Adolescents In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Interventions And Treatments For Various Behavioral Disorders.

  • Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Specialists.

  • Certification In Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Or Other Relevant Certifications Preferred.
