- Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Conduct behavioral health assessments to identify and address the needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to address a variety of behavioral health concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best possible care is provided.

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of care.
- Stay current on research and developments in the field of pediatric behavioral health.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Advocate for the needs of patients and their families within the healthcare system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers in understanding and managing their child's behavioral health needs.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field
Current State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc)
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Therapy And Counseling To Children And Adolescents In A Clinical Setting
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Child And Adolescent Mental Health Issues, Including Trauma-Informed Care And Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Patient Populations.
