  1. Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  2. Conduct behavioral health assessments to identify and address the needs of patients and their families.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to address a variety of behavioral health concerns.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best possible care is provided.
  7. Promote a supportive and positive environment for patients and their families.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of care.
  9. Stay current on research and developments in the field of pediatric behavioral health.
  10. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  12. Advocate for the needs of patients and their families within the healthcare system.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  14. Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers in understanding and managing their child's behavioral health needs.
  15. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field

  • Current State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Therapy And Counseling To Children And Adolescents In A Clinical Setting

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Child And Adolescent Mental Health Issues, Including Trauma-Informed Care And Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Patient Populations.
