- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle processes and drive financial success of the organization.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal revenue cycle performance and efficient healthcare operations.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to revenue cycle team, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue cycle department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to revenue cycle and billing practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers and other external stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes and resolve any issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on revenue cycle performance and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage revenue cycle budgets and financial forecasts.
- Participate in organizational committees and initiatives related to revenue cycle and business operations.
- Represent the organization at external events and conferences related to revenue cycle and healthcare operations.
- Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in all interactions and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Revenue Cycle And Business Operations Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Practices, As Well As Federal And State Regulations Related To Revenue Cycle Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Revenue.
