Job Description

The Assistant Project Lead at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is an exciting and critical role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. The Assistant Project Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects that will have a direct and positive impact on the lives of the patients and families at the hospital. We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience in project management, and a working knowledge of databases. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate projects with a direct and positive impact on patients and families
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful completion of projects
  4. Identify potential issues and develop solutions for them
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  6. Monitor and report on project progress
  7. Develop and maintain project documentation
  8. Utilize databases to manage project information
  9. Provide support and guidance to project team members
  10. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
