Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regulations and licensing standards to ensure CHOP is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and evaluate CHOP's existing licensing requirements, making changes as needed to keep up with current standards.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CHOP's licensing requirements are met.
  4. Maintain records of all licensing documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Develop and manage budgets related to licensing requirements and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  6. Provide guidance and support to staff and other departments regarding licensing standards and requirements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with licensing rules and regulations.
  8. Analyze and interpret licensing data to identify potential areas of improvement and address areas of risk.
  9. Develop and implement training plans to ensure staff members understand and can comply with all licensing requirements.
  10. Monitor, investigate, and respond to any licensing complaints or issues.
