Art Therapist - Per Diem

We are currently seeking a compassionate and creative Art Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. 1. Conduct art therapy sessions with children and families to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Create a safe and supportive environment for patients to explore their emotions and express themselves through art.
4. Assess patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
5. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
6. Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers of patients.
7. Utilize a variety of art materials and techniques to facilitate therapeutic interventions.
8. Stay informed on current research and best practices in the field of art therapy.

10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards for the practice of art therapy.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
