Ambulatory Capacity and Utilization Manager

The Ambulatory Capacity and Utilization Manager at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) will be an integral part of CHOP's leadership team, leading our efforts to ensure optimum ambulatory care for our patients. 4. Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and service.
5. Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
6. Work collaboratively with the CHOP leadership team to ensure optimal patient care.
7. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
