- Coordinate and oversee the administrative and clinical operations of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
- Support the hospital's mission of providing high-quality care to young patients and their families.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for hospital staff.
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between hospital staff and external parties, such as vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records and documentation for hospital operations.
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking for various departments within the hospital.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Pediatric Or Hospital Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
