We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Revenue Cycle Billing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial stability of the hospital by accurately and efficiently managing accounts receivable and billing processes. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children.   1. Manage accounts receivable and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
  3. Review and reconcile patient accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the Revenue Cycle Billing team to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date on insurance policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and accounts receivable activities.
  7. Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain patient privacy.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable Or Revenue Cycle Billing, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Insurance Verification, Claims Submission, And Payment Posting.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Insurance Providers, And Internal Stakeholders.
