  1. Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing revenue and receivables for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
  2. Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions.
  3. Utilize accounting software and systems to track and manage financial data.
  4. Communicate with patients and families regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information.

  11. Collaborate with the Revenue team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and reducing accounts receivable.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare billing and financial regulations.
  13. Support and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to revenue and receivables.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on revenue and receivable status.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable And Revenue Management.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Processes And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Financial Systems And Software, Such As Epic And Meditech.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Internal Teams.
