Job Description

As a valued Account Representative - Billing at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our financial goals and objectives are met. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and families while providing accurate and timely billing. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: • Ensure financial goals and objectives are met • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families • Provide accurate and timely billing • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exercise strong attention to detail • Work in a fast-paced environment • Develop and maintain relationships with patients and families • Follow established procedures and protocols • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations • Monitor and adjust billing systems as needed • Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and questions • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records • Identify opportunities for improvement in billing processes • Stay abreast of all changes in the healthcare industry
