
Access Coordinator - Division of Otolaryngology
The Access Coordinator - Division of Otolaryngology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, an understanding of medical office operations, and an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great service to our patients and families and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their experience is positive.The successful candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a medical office, and a strong knowledge of medical and insurance terminology. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent customer service and multitasking skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with a diverse population of patients and families. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
