A/R Billing Representative

Responsibilities: • Bill and collect payments for assigned accounts in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain up-to-date records of all billing and collections activities. • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. • Monitor accounts for delinquent payments and contact customers to resolve any payment issues. • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations.
