Ultrasound Technician

We are looking for an experienced Ultrasound Technician to join our team and help us continue to provide the best care for our patients.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of two years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician, preferably in a pediatric setting, as well as a current certification in the specialty. Our Ultrasound Technician must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be able to stay organized and efficient while also providing compassionate care to our patients. The successful candidate will be a team-player and be able to work with other departments to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform ultrasound procedures in a pediatric setting
2. Maintain current certification in ultrasound specialty
3. Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
4. Provide compassionate patient care
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure best outcomes for patients
6. Follow all hospital policies and procedures related to ultrasound services
7. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
8. Keep records of ultrasound scans and results
9. Assist with training and supervising student ultrasound technicians
