Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional therapy services to children and their families affected by illness or injury.
2. Maintain a high level of communication and organization when working with a multidisciplinary team.
3. Ensure that all therapy services provided meet the standards and expectations of the hospital.
4. Document and track patient progress in order to effectively communicate changes to families and other healthcare providers.
5. Work closely with families to create individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of the patient.
6. Follow all safety protocols and regulations in order to ensure a safe and secure environment.
7. Maintain a valid driver’s license and current CPR/BLS certification.
