  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient utilization of space within the hospital, in collaboration with key stakeholders and departments.
  2. Oversee all aspects of space and occupancy projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the condition and functionality of existing spaces, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement new spaces or renovations, ensuring they meet all necessary safety and regulatory standards.
  5. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  7. Work closely with hospital leadership and department heads to understand their space needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during projects.
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all spaces within the hospital, including usage, occupancy, and maintenance schedules.
  9. Conduct regular audits of spaces to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to space planning and occupancy, and make recommendations for improvements to the hospital's processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Space Planning And Occupancy Principles, Including Understanding Of Building Codes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Team Members.
