Responsibilities for Senior Medical Assistant Oncology:
- Provide direct patient care and assist physicians with patient exams, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Follow procedures and regulations established by the hospital or clinic.
- Maintain patient records and documents, such as medical histories, laboratory results, and reports.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance coverage.
- Ensure the efficient functioning of the practice by providing excellent customer service.
