  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations strategy to support the hospital's fundraising goals.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities.
  4. Lead and manage a team of donor relations professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hospital's mission, programs, and impact in the community.
  6. Plan and execute donor events and stewardship activities to recognize and engage donors.
  7. Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify and prioritize fundraising needs and initiatives.
  8. Develop and monitor donor recognition programs to ensure donors feel valued and appreciated.
  9. Prepare and present reports on donor relations activities and progress to senior leadership and the board of directors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in donor relations, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  11. Serve as a key spokesperson for the hospital and its fundraising efforts, attending events and speaking engagements as needed.
  12. Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, including development, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  13. Represent the hospital in community and networking events to build partnerships and expand the donor base.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising and donor stewardship.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the hospital's mission and values, and act as an ambassador for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Donor Relations, Fundraising, Or Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Nonprofit Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Communications, Marketing, Or Business. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Securing Major Gifts And Managing Donor Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Fundraising Principles And Best Practices, Including Experience With Fundraising Software And Donor Databases.
