Job Description

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and lead the clinical research process. The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of clinical research studies in order to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and the ability to think critically and multitask. They must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, and prior experience in a leadership role. Preference will be given to those who have experience in pediatric clinical research or working with children.This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about helping to conduct clinical research that will improve the lives of children. Responsibilities of a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator:

  1. Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations during all aspects of clinical research studies.
  2. Develop and sustain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  3. Work with a team to effectively manage all phases of clinical research studies.
  4. Think critically and multitask to ensure that clinical research studies are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  5. Use excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that all data is collected and analyzed accurately.
  6. Demonstrate a strong background in clinical research and prior experience in a leadership role.
  7. Preference given to those who have experience in pediatric clinical research or working with children.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the clinical research process.
  9. Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.
  10. Monitor performance and quality assurance of clinical research studies.
