  1. Maintain and optimize the Epic Cheers application to ensure its efficient and effective use in providing exceptional care to our patients.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to integrate the Epic Cheers application with other systems and applications.
  3. Provide expert support and guidance to end users on the use and functionality of the Epic Cheers application.
  4. Continuously review and analyze the Epic Cheers application to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Train and mentor junior analysts on the use and maintenance of the Epic Cheers application.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and advancements in the Epic Cheers application and share knowledge with the team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all Epic and hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in project planning and implementation of new features and upgrades for the Epic Cheers application.
  9. Act as a liaison between end users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve any technical issues related to the Epic Cheers application.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and develop solutions for system enhancements or new functionality.
  11. Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the Epic Cheers application is functioning properly.
  12. Document and maintain all processes and procedures related to the use and maintenance of the Epic Cheers application.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for the Epic Cheers application, providing guidance and recommendations for best practices and workflows.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Epic Applications In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Epic Certification In One Or More Modules, Such As Ambulatory, Inpatient, Or Revenue Cycle.

  • Strong Understanding Of Epic's Data Model And Ability To Design And Build Complex Reports And Dashboards.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues Within The Epic System.
