Registered Nurse - Lactation

In this role, you will provide comprehensive breastfeeding and lactation support to mothers and babies in a compassionate and caring manner.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years of experience and a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado. You should also be a certified lactation counselor or have the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive breastfeeding and lactation support to mothers and babies
• Ensure that all mothers and babies receive the best possible care
• Assist mothers in establishing and maintaining a successful breastfeeding relationship
• Educate mothers on the importance of breastfeeding and provide ongoing lactation support
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a successful breastfeeding experience
• Maintain a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado
• Obtain certification as a lactation counselor within six months of hire, if not already certified
