Registered Nurse - Case Manager

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse - Case Manager to join our team at Children's Hospital Colorado. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality of care for patients and families, while supporting our mission to improve the health of children and families through patient care, education and research.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to children and families and who has the necessary qualifications to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a current Colorado nursing license, and experience in pediatric nursing and case management.
