  1. Develop and implement professional development programs and initiatives for staff across all departments and levels within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address training needs and gaps in knowledge or skills.
  3. Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate staff on best practices, new procedures, and updates in the field of pediatric healthcare.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and manuals to support the professional development of staff.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to pediatric healthcare and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  7. Serve as a mentor and coach to staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  8. Collaborate with external training providers and organizations to offer additional learning opportunities for staff.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Track and report on staff training and development activities and outcomes to measure the impact of professional development initiatives.
  11. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff by providing orientation and training on organizational policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  13. Uphold the mission and values of Children's Hospital Colorado in all interactions and initiatives.
  14. Act as a positive representative of the organization and promote a positive work culture.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance job performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
