1. Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors to Children's Hospital Colorado with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with any needs or accommodations.
3. Efficiently and accurately register patients and verify insurance information.
4. Ensure timely and smooth patient flow through the registration and check-in process.
5. Create and maintain patient records, including updating personal and medical information.
6. Collect and process patient payments, including copays and deductibles.
7. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure accurate and complete information is obtained.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
10. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience.
11. Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance policies and procedures to accurately process patient information.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
