
Physical Therapist PRN
At Children’s Hospital Colorado, we are looking for a passionate, experienced Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. We are dedicated to providing specialized care for children and families and are looking for an individual who shares our commitment of providing excellent care to our patients. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a pediatric setting. Additionally, the selected candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a compassionate and patient-centered approach. We are seeking a professional who is able to work effectively with diverse teams, including multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential. Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care to pediatric patients in a physical therapy setting.
- Utilize advanced treatments and technologies to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Maintain a patient-centered approach when providing physical therapy services.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.
- Maintain all necessary documentation and records.
- Remain current with updates in the field of physical therapy.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy
Current License To Practice Physical Therapy In Colorado
At Least Two Years Of Experience Working With Pediatric Patients
Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment
Knowledge Of Current Physical Therapy Techniques And Theories
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Techniques For Working With Children
Proficiency In Computer Applications And Electronic Health Records
