Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payer Relations Or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Reimbursement Processes And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Ability To Analyze Data And Develop Strategies To Optimize Revenue And Reimbursement From Payers.
