Patient/Family Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Patient/Family Service Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Our Patient/Family Service Specialists are integral to the patient experience and provide support to families during their time in the hospital.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.We are looking for someone who is compassionate, driven, and eager to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
2. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure a pleasant patient experience.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families.
4. Ensure all customer service inquiries are handled within a timely manner.
5. Respond to patient/family requests and concerns in a professional and sensitive manner.
6. Monitor and document patient/family satisfaction levels.
7. Assist with coordinating patient care by liaising with other departments and medical professionals.
8. Facilitate patient flow by coordinating the patient's admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
9. Provide support to patients and their families in navigating the hospital's services and resources.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
