Patient/Family Service Specialist

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a highly motivated, organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient/Family Service Specialist. This position will provide a friendly and helpful presence to patients and families as they navigate our hospital. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.The Patient/Family Service Specialist will provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients, families, and visitors. They will assist patients and families in completing registration and financial paperwork, answer questions, and provide guidance on navigating the hospital. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service-related role, and a desire to help others.
