Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop educational programs for nurses and other staff members
2. Conduct performance improvement and evaluation initiatives
3. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate professional development and growth
4. Lead and manage the nursing team in the development of the highest quality of care for pediatric patients
5. Monitor and assess clinical outcomes of educational programs and performance improvement initiatives
6. Provide feedback and mentorship to nurses and other staff members
7. Foster a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for nurses and patients
8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure quality care and optimal outcomes
9. Develop and maintain professional relationships with outside providers and organizations
10. Maintain current knowledge of best practices in nursing education and performance improvement
