- Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for neonatal patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients and support their families
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions in neonatal patients
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and chest tube insertion as needed
- Educate and support parents and caregivers on neonatal care and management of their child's condition

- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation

- Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities and staying current with industry trends and advancements in neonatal care.
Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Neonatal Care From An Accredited Program.
Current And Valid State Nursing License As A Nurse Practitioner.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner In A Level Iii Nicu Setting.
Certification As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized Certifying Body, Such As The National Certification Corporation (Ncc).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Nrp) Certifications.
